This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
...well I actually came back to England about two weeks ago. But well, setting up an internet connection took some time. But, as of today I am officially back on line!
The last month and a half have been a wild ride indeed. From the crowded streets of London, England to the craziness of ramadan celebration in Istanbul and back again. It's definitely been intense, and it's without a doubt been really tiresome at times. But it has hands down been one of the best experiences I've ever had!
Oh, and there's pictures. Loads of them.
I might do a more thorough write up of my trip and experiences later on. There's a lot I want to share with you (and everyone else, for that matter) about everything from which places I liked better to interrailing in general.
On a totally different note. England is pretty great! The university seems to fit all my needs (ie. it has a huge darkroom for me to play in, etcetera). Hatfield is a pretty all right place to live really, it's about 20 minutes outside central London which makes for easy access to a lot of photography!
Last but not least. =Timothy-Sim approached me about becoming a contributor in the new group #NewsStand while I was travelling around. This is going to be a group for everyone interested in photojournalism. This includes professionals, enthusiasts, amateurs, beginners and just plain old appreciators of quality photography!
I've been taken in as the editor of the Documentary/Editorial section. Which without a doubt will be a challenge, but I'll definitely give it my best to contribute with interesting material and features!
